Love love love this place so much! Every time I leave I feel more grounded in my body, not so much inside of my mind and empowered! I feel comfortable asking questions. Instructors are super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. It truly feels like a safe space for me to explore my body through different yoga poses without judgment. Students are also awesome and friendly. The studio layout is also very nice and adds to the feeling of space and calmness that’s present there. I’m new to Atlanta as well and the Yoga Studio has been a great welcome into the city! I would easily recommend to anyone I knew and am excited to continue to grow with my yoga practice with their help!

I'm so happy to have found this studio! The space is super cozy and welcoming and the teachers are incredible. Not only do I love the sense of community that I've found in the short time I've been going to the studio but I'm also so grateful for how much my practice has grown and the peace and happiness it has brought to me. I cannot recommend enough.

Wow! Just wow. The class was amazing. And, the added treat of a sound bath was out of this world soothing. I’ve taken classes with lots of instructors, but Ryan, her flow is everything. She explains each movement so vividly that I knew what she meant without having to look up. Looking forward to taking another class.

A perfectly balanced studio! I’m so happy to have found a place where the practice is equally as challenging (a welcomed challenge 🙂) as it is tranquil. The team at TYS is unbelievably warm, welcoming, and genuinely care that you get the most out of your practice. Regardless of where you are on your yoga journey, this will feel like a safe place to roll out your mat. The studio itself is an intimate environment - from the music to the aesthetic, the vibes are unmatched. Just go ahead and purchase the pass!

Grab your mat and get here! I was in town visiting for the weekend and I was so grateful to have found this yoga studio. The studio is perfect comfort, amazing vibes, and the owner/yoga teacher, Ryan, has such amazing energy! She loves what she does as a Yogi and that pours into the practice she offers those in class. Black owned & operated makes it even more reason to check this place out. I can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in ATL!
