Teton Valley is beyond blessed to have this absolute gem of a yoga studio! The space is gorgeous and the teachers are warm, welcoming, educated, and passionate. There is such a diverse variety of offerings throughout the day that works well with essentially anyone's schedule. All are welcome with the donation based business model; that's yoga at its finest and most authentic! It is an amazing place to connect in community and I always leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and SO grateful!

Today, I took Penny's Biofield Tune after some Soulful Yoga on Sunday. SO amazing! In general, I'm really loving this new studio and am thrilled it's a part of the community. Definitely recommend!

I went to the Thanksgiving Day Class & loved the studio & the instructors. The studio is open, airy, and has good vibes. The instructors; their were 5 at the Thanksgiving day class, were all authentic and had amazing energy & passion for their teachings. They were empowering with positive attitudes wanting to educate & inspire others.

The kundalini yoga class by Abbi is my absolute favorite! And just perfect for our high altitude and cold climate. It’s invigorating and leaves me feeling reenergized and fantastic! I also love their special events. Sound bath, Thai massage, herbal plants, group Accupuncture- what else can you ask for? Everything is just so fun and I always leave feeling love and light fill my body and mind!
