The Salt Barre

I started out as a client. I loved it so much, I got my certifications so I could teach. I love the atmosphere, I love the support, the classes. It’s a true community. I take classes as well as teach. Also, I love the Salt Room, it’s great for clearing my head and chest, especially during cold & sinus seasons. My other favorite is getting a massage! The massages are wonderful…very relaxing and help with sore muscles.

Emma is awesome! Every massage is different. We are so happy that she is part of your team. Not only do we enjoy going to her, but it's been a great gift for other members of our family and for friends. The feeling of relaxation stays long after you are done.

After walking in, the environment is so welcoming! Everyone (attendees and employees) were so kind and helpful! This was my first hot yoga class and the cool lavender towel at the end sealed the deal for me! The atmosphere was great! I can't wait to take my next class!

An all around soul feeding experience at the salt barre. With many classes tailored to an amazing work out to a spiritual connection. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and generates overall quality peace.

Classes are challenging, but also accommodating. Everyone feels accepted at their own level. The instructors are encouraging, kind and helpful. The Salt Barre is a very special studio!
