The Pilates Barre Morganton

Excellent pilates studio for all ages and skill levels. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and is able to make the classes challenging and enjoyable. Have been going since it opened and am stronger and have better posture . The clientle is varied all ages , men and women. An added bonus are Heather's service dogs. They are so well behaved and are always ready to welcome you to the studio. Give the studio a try you wont be sorry.

Heather is amazing, and every class (whether it’s equipment or barre) is designed to be challenging for all fitness levels. Heather makes individual modifications for every person in the studio, and always makes sure that whatever we are doing is right for us. I love the variety, and have enjoyed meeting so many awesome people. Highly recommend!

Heather is a wonderful Pilates instructor and her classes (Barre & equipment) have helped me to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility. I have made some great new friends & reconnected with old while we workout together!

I love my Pilates class! I've been attending both the equipment and barre class since Heather opened her studio and can tell a difference in my strength and posture, for sure.

So, I've done both the barre and equipment classes, and holy cow is it a good workout! I'm a little sore, but not too sore; I'm sore enough to know I did some real work these past two days. Heather is great, she explains things really well. I was a bit nervous because I've never done a Pilates or barre class before, but it was a breeze with her. I'm definitely going to keep coming here as long as I can, the early 6:30am class is super convenient for before work.
