If you're looking for an "upper crust" pizza dining experience, then look no further than The Parlor. There are few other options on the menu, other than pizza and salad, but that's okay, as they do both superbly. I started with a side house salad with the optional crispy chicken. The chicken was amazing. It was light, crispy, and mouth watering. I still can't stop talking about its incredible flavor. I then had the pepperoni pizza. Incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients, doughy, tasty, and filling would be the best way to describe this culinary miracle. It was simply divine. In addition to the food, the service was very friendly and attentive. Reservations highly recommended. If you're a pizza person, then you must stop at The Parlor.
I travel quite a bit and get to eat in a lot of places. I'm also a chef and was intrigued by the menu. OUTSTANDING! Loved everything about The Parlor. Semi-dive atmosphere, non-pretentious, comfy, all about the food. Creative, simple, and done right. The staff was perfectly friendly, proud, and attentive. Coming to this area I had high expectations of eating great pizza and had one of those lucky moments of finding a place that I will remember and tell stories about. Parlor Pockets: soft boild eggs in a crispy, salty crust with house whipped ricotta..... OMG! I think I used my fingers to swipe up the last bit of ricotta/ egg yolk jus. The pizza was smoky from the fire, crisp and accented with the perfect sauce. In true fashion they don't cut the pizza straight out of the oven but, provide scissors for you to cut your perfect slice when your ready. BRAVO!
We had an excellent time tonight. It took awhile to get our food but overall the experience was great. The food and flavors were outstanding. We had a special Italian combo sandwich as an appetizer and for pizza we had the meatball and the lemonator. The ice cream sandwich for dessert was by far one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time.
Delicious wood fired pizza. The dough was cooked perfectly where the crust was a little chewy. I had the traditional margarita and it was thin with a naturally sweet sauce. Good service in a cool environment.
Came here with a group of friends one OMG DELICIOUS. We family sized everything. I would say it would be better to get an order to yourself because the portions are a little small but the vibes were amazing and the waiter was amazing giving really good suggestions. The mushroom pizza went CRAZY and the eggplant cutlet was so good. It’s a little bit pricey but the food is high end and plated beautifully. If you are thinking of coming do it!
