The Maids in Wilmington

The Green Team from The Maids has been cleaning our home for about 6 months now and working with them has been a very positive experience. They consistently do an excellent job and if there is ever anything we need to have addressed, it has always been handled professionally and with a commitment to making it right. Unfortunately, some companies do not put as much focus on customer satisfaction as they claim. However, this is not true with the staff at The Maids. From the first day that Jackie came out to meet with me and discuss our cleaning options, everyone has been nothing but professional, friendly, and committed to giving us excellent service. They are 100% reliable and communicate timely on every occasion. We love the Green team, headed up by Anna, and are thankful to have found a company that we can depend on. Today 12/22/23 The YELLOW team, with Gwen as team leader, did a fantastic job. They are always working hard to ensure your house is sparkling clean. Our house looks & smells clean for Christmas. We have been a Customer of The Maids since 2015 since it has been under different owners, most recently 5 years with the recent owners. We made Gwen's team smile with Christmas gifts to say "thank you". Victoria Carey

Red Team did a great job 👏❤️. They made my towel display in my bathroom into a fan & it looks FANtastic. Great job Kaitlin & the team. I would recommend all of the colors from The Maids teams, they all do a great job.👍👍.

Absolutely incredible! From the time I called to schedule to the completion of the cleaning...The whole process was done with excellence. The apartment was pristine and it was a great price. The Red Team was exceptional!
