The Maids in Medford & Ashland

I’ve had my house cleaned by 3 different cleaning services in the valley and this one was by far the most expensive and I felt the service was ok but not exceptional. I was told there would be 3 people cleaning for the price quoted but only Chris showed up, saying that another worker flaked. This is a big space for a one man job in that amount of time and although I know Chris worked very hard, I ended up rewiping surfaces, spot vacuuming/sweeping and doing a fair amount of leftover work that I haven’t had to do with other services. Seems that with a more reliable crew this could be a good service as Chris has a great work ethic, it just isn’t totally fair to charge that high rate with an expectation of a crew and then expect one person to be able to perform excellently. Will not be using them again.

Chris and his crew from The Maids are wonderful! They offer a highly personalized service with great attention to detail. Chris goes above and beyond the usual cleaning service to address unique and varied needs. He is professional, courteous, easy to communicate with and truly cares about his clients.

The Maids clean my home every other week. The are always on time and they have never canceled on me like other cleaners have done to me in the past. The do great work and I'm never disappointed. I love coming home after work to a clean home! I would definitely recommend them.
