The Maids in Manassas

Service was amazing! The team came in and didn't waste time in jumping in and getting things done. They left my entire house looking sparkly and smelling great. Fans, blinds, baseboards, etc... things I haven't been able to get in a while were taken care of. Kitchen looked amazing and I would certainly hire this company again for their services. The ladies were very respectful and considerate of my work from home status.

The Red Team is awesome ladies I would ask for them again next month. I just wish that the owners can come up with a price that solid. The first time they clean my house it was a confusing to which to clean after I have spoken To Robert. And today is the same thing. Overall the ladies did a wonderful job.

We have been with the Maids for almost twenty years at our original home in Arlington, VA and then engaged with them to help us with our second home out in wine/horse country in Delaplane VA two years ago when we found out they could provide service at this home. This house is much larger and more modern than the other in that we completely renovated every room in the 3 story country home. They, like at the other house, were superb. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend. :O)

I scheduled a deep clean and essentially got a regular cleaning. They didn’t put things back in place (throwing shoes in the corner instead of where it was neatly placed), left some trash on my floor and didn’t throughly clean the bathroom). For the price, I was quite disappointed in the quality. Edit: I received a call from Robert who showed great concern for my issues and profusely apologized. He also ensured this would be resolved. I can definitely appreciate the customer service! Edit 2: I have received two additional calls from them, still so apologetic about the service I received and they are ensuring that my concerns will be addressed next time! This is one of the best customer service I’ve received! I can tell they genuinely care and go above and beyond for their customers! I have to go from 2 stars to 4, just for that!
