The Maids in Hamilton County

I have been a customer of The Maids for years! Prior to that, I tried several other cleaning services. I settled on The Maids because the people who clean are friendly and kind and seem to care about my house. Also, they come as a team and are efficient (less than 2 hours) which doesn't disrupt my day. Brandy is a great team leader and makes sure the cleaning is good quality. The office staff are also friendly and accommodating. I have recommended them to several of my family members and will continue to recommend them!

The Maids have cleaned our home for a number of years. They have proven to be reliable and responsive to our needs and concerns. Michelle has been the team leader for the crew for all of this time and they pay attention to the details that are important to us. They clean the house and leave it looking and smelling fresh. We have dogs and The Maids do a great job of cleaning and also are very good with the dogs. We have recommended The Maids to other people when they inquire about house cleaning. Fred, the owner has also been easy to work with and Susan in the office has always been helpful.

I have used The Maids service now for 5 years at two different homes. Lisa and her crew always do an excellent job. They are polite, efficient and provide a very thorough cleaning of my home. The Maids have been great! They are a good team, working well together to complete cleaning in an efficient, cooperative manner. The requested courtesy call before their arrival is always timely. The Maids are dependable and pleasant, and they are easy to work with. If requested to change or adapt a cleaning procedure, they are agreeable and always aim to please. When asked to avoid cleaning particular items, they have not been offended. One of the great aspects of having The Maids clean is that when they finish, the entire house is clean all at once. What they do I am not able to complete myself in one day! I value their help and look forward to their pleasant dispositions while working.

The Maids have been cleaning for me for several years. Even though there has been quite a turnover among team members through the years, our team leader, Michelle, has been consistent. Because of her dependability and her capability in training new members, I do not have to acquaint a new leader and team each week with my house and my cleaning requirements. The company expects honesty, dependability, punctuality, efficiency, thoroughness, and cheerfulness, and the team members exhibit these expectations. The women are always pleasant and courteous and come in and quickly get to work. There is no using of cell phones or standing around. The management team is very easy to work with. I have recommended The Maids to friends.
