The Learning Experience - Littleton

Staff and management are always flexible and understanding with scheduling and in making sure my daughters needs are met when I forget extra clothes, need to pick up early, etc. My daughter doesn’t complain about drop off or pick up and is always seen having a great time with her friends and teachers. Curriculum is thoughtful and intentional, and my daughter’s teacher is great with communicating special interactions and barriers in a kind and understanding way. We love looking at the pictures sent home every night so that she can tell us all about her friends and what they did during the day. Very comfortable here.

My wife and I are very pleased with the care that our children have gotten throughout their time at TLE in Littleton. The director Lynn is super responsive and does a great job of listening to parents' feedback. Overall would recommend to any parent in the area!

My daughter started at TLE in Littleton 3 years ago and we are so happy with the decision we made. She’s 3 now and every day we notice how she’s learning new thing and how developed she is for her age. We are also extremely pleasant with the new management of the center and how things are on point: we receive multiple pictures of her every day, the communication is very fluid and they are incorporating new activities such as parent appreciation day or ice cream truck visits. My son is starting new week and even if it’s never easy being away from your baby I am sure he will be in the best hands

I am here to share my terrible experience with TLE Littleton that I had my child enrolled in. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but positive, and I feel it is important to share my concerns with others. I want to highlight the poor management at this daycare center. The staff seem to lack accountability, responsibility, and motivation, especially the management level. TLE had three different directors in the past 2 years, which only adds to the mismanagement and inconsistency within the center. As a senior manager, I know that the constant change in leadership indicates a lack of stability and direction, which can negatively impact the children's experience at the daycare center. Each new director brings their own set of rules and standards, which can be confusing for the children, the parents, and even the staff. Facility wise, the hardware and technology are up to date, and they did some renovations here and there. It gives you that clean and shiny look. Yet, it seems that the center does not care about children's basic hygiene needs, such as wiping their faces clean of snot and dirt, resulting in unpleasant odors emanating from my child's cloth after every daycare day. Moreover, there is a lack of supervision and conflict resolution among the staff when toddlers and preschoolers engage in conflicts, which they do every day at their age. They do not seem to care about the children's wellbeing or instill positive behaviors. Instead, they wait for an incident to happen before making a report, which I as a parent find completely unacceptable. You will find zero useful information from the report, plus the teacher’s shifting schedule, you will hear nothing but “I don’t know, someone else was with him/her”. Additionally, the management team at this daycare center seem to push the responsibility onto parents, instead of guiding and helping the children themselves. Well, technically they will give you a “plan” but it only looking good on paper, while they never ever make efforts to execute it. They only care about completing reports to make it seem like they are paying attention to each child's growth and development, without actually making any significant efforts to aid the child's progress. What, they want us, the parents to do it? How am I supposed to teach and correct when its hours after the incident? I regret ever enrolling my child at this daycare center, and I strongly urge parents to think thoroughly before enrolling at TLE Littleton. The environment and culture here are not conducive to a child's growth and development, and the lack of proper supervision and guidance has led to some troubling incidents. It's scary to think that my child's behavior could be negatively influenced by the daycare center's management style. Couple of my friends whose children enrolled here are also thinking about transferring out to a new daycare. But unfortunately, the demand for daycare services is so high that there are only limited options. I hope that my review and feedback will encourage the TLE Littleton to take the necessary steps to improve their services and management. It's important to hold these daycare centers accountable and ensure that they provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children.

My son has been attending The Learning Experience for a year now. He absolutely loves this place. They are very caring and professional. My son has been learning so much. He always comes home with tons of stories to tell! He looks forward to attend preschool every day. I like the convenience of them providing lunch and my son and I love the leap books. I highly recommend this place.
