Great space with fantastic ambiance. Jessica is an encouraging, knowledgeable instructor. She truly cares about people and their health journeys. She has modifications for every exercise so that everyone can benefit from the class. The entire experience is just a "Wow"!

Jess is amazing she really listens to your goals and encourages you through classes. She can modify any class to your skill set so you don’t feel overwhelmed or judged.

If you are looking for something different from The Edge Fitness or Planet fitness because you get lost in those fitness communities, you have to try The Ice House. I have enjoyed every class I have taken and Jess will even reach out to you if you go MIA for a bit which made the world of difference to me! Everyone is very kind and welcoming! The owner and instructors truly care about the health and well-being of their patrons. All individuals who involve themselves in the classes and activities available may enter as a stranger, but will leave feeling like family.
