The Gym

The Gym is awesome. They have all the equipment you need and some. They were very understanding and helpful when creating/cancelling a membership. 10/10 recommend for anyone interested in finding a gym.

My family has been coming here for a few years now, both for swim team for the kids, and for me to workout. The facility is always clean, the atmosphere uplifting, and staff kind and helpful.

This is a really nice gym. I have never had any problems until today when I spoke with a manager named Lynn about how they were still taking money out of my account when my year contract ended last month. I did not renew or sign another years contract. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I have never had any problems with staff until today. Everyone is always so nice and so helpful. If you do not write a written statement stating that you don’t want to renew your contract they will just keep attacking your bank account. Seems you would have to sign ANOTHER year contract when it is up but apparently not here. Very disappointed! If you plan on getting a membership here, just be aware of this situation.

THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY CARD MONTHS AFTER WE CANCELLED OUR MEMBERSHIP!!! We have no clue whether any of this will be recouped because after several attempts in writing and in person to get them to stop charging and refund the months they charged us after we formally cancelled we have gotten no written reply and the management personel needed to refund is "never in." BEWARE, management is woefully unstaffed at best, or conveniently negligent at worst. I have said nothing here that is not within my purview to write, legally and otherwise. Please management, I'd love to talk, get my refund, and be able to remove this very honest post.

Yoga and Pilates classes are awesome. Todays Pilate class with Tony was the Best!!!!! Thanks Tony.
