Visiting THE GREAT AMERICAN Coffee Company was an enlightening experience, as I got a firsthand look at how their well-structured facility is managed and run. The owners were warm and welcoming, radiating passion for what they do - which truly comes across in the quality of their product. It's uplifting to support businesses that put emphasis on emotional intelligence rather than just profits!

You can always tell how a company is by its response to bad reviews. Their response sounds like a bunch of fluff. My review: Not good all around. Let's start from the beginning. The man I spoke to lied about how they operate and how it works. The first person we spoke to there said that he tends to exaggerated on things. She was honest at least. She disappeared and then we dealt with the ocs manager who I won't name. She has not been ideal to deal with and not very responsive. Water started not tasting the same and had an aftertaste all of a sudden. The last straw was when it rained here and they told us that our water wasn't delivered due to a rain storm 60ish miles away. We live in Colorado, what happens come winter time? Delivery is not on time more times than it is. They give you a days notice before they deliver, usually. They just do not seem organized in the slightest. When we mentioned that we wanted to cancel they did nothing to try to salvage the relationship. I am in sales and a business who doesn't try to keep customers usually doesn't have a product worth fighting for or just hates their job/company. Had they worked with us or tried to make it work I would not be writing this. If you are looking for a dependable water service with good customer service this is not the company for you.

Alfred Industries has used PureWater Dynamics / The Great American Coffee Company for more then 5 years now. The Customer Service is unbeatable. If & When we have any issues regarding repairs to our coffee machines, servicing issues or billing; The Great American Coffee Company is quick to respond, courteous, friendly and the service we get from Todd our Coffee rep is out standing. Todd comes in twice a month to our office and swaps out coffee pot's, and anything that needs a clean new look. He is so friendly and kind. Thank you so much for all your hard work Todd. We wouldn't give you guys up for anything. Even to save a few $'s. Thanks, Todd, Tawni, Jeff you guys ROCK:)

We get two varieties of coffee that they roast in-house and deliver fresh. Their deliveries are accurate and their customer services is super. All the people with whom I've spoken have all be friendly and helpful.

Such an amazing company! Everything was so wonderful from every person being so friendly to the product being delivered right away! Definitely use them if you are needing this service!
