Wonderful atmosphere. I feel so rejuvenated and refreshed after the Pilates classes! Working my way up to the 26&2 yoga, but I truly enjoy the express yoga and yin yoga classes. The instructors are kind, welcoming, and explain the moves well. Definitely recommend trying these classes!

The people are nice and I like that they try to offer different things but they only have one room at this location so they're switching out all day which means that getting the class I want at the time that works for me only happens once a week. 🤷 So, I don't think it's a good long term plan for me. You might feel differently. They do have a decent deal for trying them out going on right now. So, Give it a try.😊

So I called the studio and explained I could not show up for the day of free class and asked if I could do the day before. Whoever answered the phone said yes I could and booked my friend and I to come 0600 for pilates class. The instructor herself was at the front desk and said I would have to pay the class which I would not mind if once I was not told to come under the free class. Plus this was my first time going to a Pilates class so I did not know what to bring for the class. So she said I had to pay another 5$ for the towel and maybe the mattress another 5$ which was fine, but now I would have to pay 30$ for a class I have no clue what it looks like and when I asked how it was she pushed me back to sign in the other students and I was just staring there feeling very uncomfortable because she absolutely did not accept that someone had told me on the phone that was my free class. I felt very embarrassed and I lost my time coming this early for a place that clearly has poor customer service. I was willing to set up for the annual membership that has a very high cancel fee and all I wanted is to see how the class work before doing that. Not to mention that I was coming with a friend who I had to call and say I was not staying for the class not for the fact I had to pay, but how badly that person made me feel and did not answer in last than a minute if they work with equipment because she was checking in students for the class. I felt really devastated because I have just got a bad diagnose over my back problem and I was really excited for this class and start a new journey in pilates hopefully to help me to get better and in my first try this all happened. I hope this makes this place understand the bad experience they have me going through and review their approach towards new clients in the future. Please be more informative over the phone and more sensitive to new clients that like me, has no clue what pilates look like but it is really important, in particular for mental health, not shape wise. Definitely did not help my mental health at all! Be careful professionals.

I don’t know what you expect from a yoga studio, but the teachers and staff are some amazing people who really care. Love the set up and all that jazz. If you’re newer to yoga, I’d definitely recommend this place. As for me, this was a more mild studio. I’m looking for something that is more fast paced and more intense, that really teaches me to breathe when it’s hard. This was not it for me. Great place. Love the people and the bathrooms are super nice.

Excellent yoga studio. Great yoga instructors and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
