The Edge Fitness Clubs

Today visited Edge Fitness Center, Limestone Rd location. Setup looks awesome. They have various exercise equipment for beginners to advanced. Very spacious compared to other competitors near by. Enough parking than other competitors. Pricing is affordable and promotional pricing is going on. Customer service is good( based on my few earlier phone calls and today's location visit). If one is paying higher monthly fee in other locations, they should visit once and see if this location can offer more value than others. Group lessons are affordable too. Lot more things you will see here than my notes😃. If everything is good, someone might be thinking why I gave 4 stars right. I want to check for 3 months then if good in all aspects, I will increase to 5 stars.

The location officially opens tomorrow Nov 2nd. When I did the early sign up, the staff was ready. I'm looking forward to using this gym and what it has to offer. Check out the shake bar.....

Facilities and equipment are great. Sauna is awesome too. My one complaint is that the music is TOO LOUD!!! Almost everyone these days wears headphones to the gym, and we don't want to hear top40 blaring THROUGH our headphones. Turn the music way down and I'd give it 5 stars.

You can’t beat the Edge offerings and equipment availability for the price. Music is a little loud for my taste , but I’m 75, and Edge is really set up for a younger crowd. (Understandable). Men’s locker room needs more frequent cleanings, including scrubbing down the showers, not just cleaning the mirrors.

I recently signed up for their 3-day trial as I am moving back to PA. I walked in with my sister (who lives in PA) and was told I was not able to use facility because I did not have a Delaware ID (which to them I responded I don’t have one because I recently moved back). Front desk attendant was very short and rude about the situation (when when we were very polite about the situation) I even went ahead and asked if we could even do a tour, but was told it was a liability. I got a call from a supervisor not too long ago and he apologized for the confusion, as he claimed that she was not to ask about ID. I was very disappointed and would not return due to front employee.
