My first ever experience with a reformer was in a community class with the instructor Natalie. She explained things really well, and was very attentive to all the students. I appreciate that modifications were given for every exercise to make it easier or more challenging! The studio's interior is very cute, I love all the rugs. It's really clean too. Definitely looking forward to another visit!
