I would not waste your money on this clinic, instead visit your urologist, money much better spent. These people DO NOT honor their "Money Back Guarantee". "We provide a money back guarantee should your problem not be solved upon your first Visit" is clearly stated on their website. After 4 visits and not satisfied, I've had enough "dosage adjustments". Their comment... "take it up with corporate". If you want to spend more time traveling to them for an adjustment, instead of immediate results, then by all means use them.

Mr Gilmore was very professional and took his time going over my medical history. He produced a product that worked almost immediately. This is a tender subject for many men and I never felt uncomfortable talking about my situation.

Last visit for me the doctor said he will send the prescription to the close pharmacy to me , the receptionist she said she will order it for me and she will send it , after 2 weeks of calling her finally she got my medicine and she send it to me , she charged me 125$ and she send me less than half of what they used to send me with same money that she charged me ,and when I called to say this is not the same amount of medicine I take every time she said the pharmacy change prices and all go up , I called the pharmacy and ask them they say they didn’t change it and it’s only for 55 $ and I called her asking to send the prescription to my pharmacy and I asked her why she charged me 75$ extra she said we need to make profit and she didn’t let me talk to anyone else and she refused to send the prescription , it’s the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life , 👎👎👎👎

I was disappointed when I recently visited the TMHC. Their website clearly says that the first consultation includes "full physical exam". I did not receive and exam - all I did was fill out a lengthy questionnaire online. At the consultation I talked with an administrator (bill collector), a nurse, and an internist MD. The only thing TMHC offers that you can't get from any other doctor is PRP treatment but I could not find any proof that PRP treatment has been proven to work and TMHC did not offer me any proof. It's an expensive treatment but worth it if it works. Also, I don't understand why the office visit was not covered by insurance since there are 2 MDs on the staff. My insurance covers office visits to all my other doctors?

This place is fantastic. Performance has improved tremendously already. Benji is really great, easy to talk to and super helpful with any issues. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend to anyone suffering from mens health issues.
