Upscale lively mall, well situated to the heart of the city. Very family orientated.

They have a lot of counters so waiting time is not bad. They also have valet parking so it is convinent. The service largely depends of the person that is attending you. They don't have an equal behavior as a big company would require. But again, who likes to go to utilities companies?

Used to be a great company with pretty good reception across the city. Now they have become sneaky! They used to send you a text reminder to pay your bill, but this has stopped. That alone wouldn't be a problem but if you pay late now they simply take your money and do not give you any of your monthly allowance.

I went there bcs I needed for my holiday stay in mexico city a internet card to put in my hotspot device. The staff is not smiling at all. First you will need to explain to a receptionist what's the reason for your visit, then she will give you a paper number which brings you once its called to a counter. The receptionist and the lady at the counter couldn't speak a word English and they were not friendly at all. The counter lady was rather rude and sent me away. I went out of the shop and I found free wifi, then I translated with google translate what I need and that I would prefer if she could hand me over to a person which speaks English. I went back to the receptionist and showed her what I have on the translate and then she helped me out and found a guy who spoke perfectly English. They couldn't help with the hotspot card.

My experience was perhaps a bit different. I speak very little Spanish and yet the staff got me to an English-speaking rep that was friendly and very helpful. The transaction was quick, pleasant, and O so easy! I got a new chip for my phone, paid my bill, had the chip installed, and I was even advised on how to change my old (Chilean) number to my new Mexican number. Easy/breezy. (The store is on the 2nd floor, I believe. It looks like the third floor if you've entered through Sanborn's, but they call it the 2nd floor--I think. Anyway, it's "up.")
