Tea Gather

The place is nice and clean and has some games that people can use. Staff is friendly. The drinks and food are good. (Although the matcha in the matcha tea isn't the best, but still not bad). The only reason why I'm giving a low rating is because every time we order any kind of milk tea like Taro latte or banana milk.. etc) even though it's supposed to be a large (only comes one size) the cup is always filled 3/4! It sucks because the drink is good but you definitely don't get the amount that you've paid for. (Check photos for proof)... We thought it was a fluke a couple of times but it's always like this.

Cozy place for drinks and snacks. It’s hard to find any boba store with good snacks like this cute store. I like their munchies more than coming for drinks. The only drink I love here is the apple green tea with blueberry jelly. I tried many of their milk teas but it just don’t fit my taste. Anw, amazing still.

Loved the tea here. Also got the basil chicken and crunchy tofu with sauce. I loved the tofu. Chicken was good too but I thought the seasoning was a little too strong. Was too salty.

The service is great with a kind and patient attitude. The interior is well decorated with a low light style that fits. The tea has good taste without being too sweet. However, there is not much seating, only 3-4 tables with a standing table in the middle. Additionally, the teas are ~$5 for a medium and almost ~$7 for a large without any additions like tapioca. A good place for a date or something, but not somewhere I would go regularly.

Here's the TLDR: The owner screams at employees in front of customers, and sticks his hands in customer's faces and yells at them. Went in with my 4 year old and 7 year old, ordered a large strawberry smoothie split in two for them. Employee agreed, I said thank you. Owner then screamed at employee and when handing my drinks to me he got in my face while I was holding my 4 year old and essentially yelled at me. Won't be back, I recommend spending your money at the other bubble tea place not but a mile away where they treat their employees and customers with respect. Feel really bad for the employee, I'm tempted to drive back and offer him $500 to quit on the spot not gonna lie. Disgusted.
