They went from being good chilango-style tacos with their yellow corn tortilla and comal fat, to a common taqueria without memorable flavors, with normal white tortillas that were poorly heated and without fat. The good golden tripe, the forgettable suadero, you can't even tell that it is suadero, as it is in finer threads than a unraveled one. One of those businesses that start very well and then everything changes for less.

We tried their chorizo ​​tacos, adobada, mixed, chorreada and nachos. Nachos with asada, had abundant cheese, good flavor of beans and the roast beef had a very pleasant woody flavor. Mango mezcalada with chamoy with good flavor and price but the mezcal is concentrated in the background (thick) Cucumber mezcalada a simple cucumber flavor, concentrated mezcal at the bottom (thick) Waiting time for some tacos 20 minutes (slow for my taste) plus what it took for the rest that was ordered. I went with my partner and we ordered the Hawaiian wire and the sirloin wire (the one in the photo) with "natural" soursop/lemon water. The wire was good but nothing out of the ordinary, it tasted like those stands at the fair. I feel that the price of the dish is not worth the quantity or quality of the flavor. The sauces were very tasty although we didn't like that we had to stop to serve ourselves and then they want to charge you a 10% tip 😒.. I didn't like the tortillas very much either, they felt a bit old.. The "natural" water was actually Ades soursop brand juice reduced with lemon water. It didn't taste bad (or even that good) but if I wanted to have something unnatural I would go to the store and buy it. In short, it is expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. I don't recommend much, at least the wires and the "natural soursop water" are not worth it.

Good seasoning, affordable prices, nice place, I personally recommend the sirloin taco 👍
