Taco Bell

I made an online order and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving my house. I kept watching the app, waiting for an update, I just figured it wasn't working. It's a 7 minute drive to Taco Bell, so I've waited for 17 minutes so far. I go in, people everywhere, I was looking for the zombies! Nobody had any food nor were they eating. Nobody is in line so i go to the register. I'm not even joking, it took 12 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. I told them I had an online order, she pointed to a sign that basically said, you're going to be waiting for 20-45 minutes to get your order. So, I mathed and figured, okay, a little over 30 minutes since I made my order, I only have to wait around 15 minutes. Nope, it took exactly another 37 minutes for them to get the order out. While it was hot and fresh and the food was okay, it just took entirely too long to execute a single order. They need to change something in that store because the current system is not working.

This location is a little crazy to get in and out of due to HEB and Target traffic, but as long as you don't get impatient it's fine. The food is the same every time and I like that. It's taco bell.

It was delicious but they need to give out more salsas and there chicken it's was dry but the rest was good especially the freeze 😋and they need to work on there crunchwrap Supreme they need to put more food in the orders...my wrap doesn't look like the one in the pic on the menu..

We ordered ahead for in store pickup, and when we arrived, they had the doors locked & wouldn’t let us in to pick up. I could see our bag sitting on the mobile order shelf and they wouldn’t even just hand it to me at the door.

What can I say? It's Taco Bell, and we all have our own little "nickname" for it. I just wished on the weekends the restaurant itself would stay open later. These drive-thru lines are just stupid. Good food for what you pay and I still love their 🔥 hot sauces. The fire grew on me. ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡#GODisGreat
