THAT'S CLEAN MAIDS - The Woodlands

I used this company for the first time this past weekend. I enjoyed speaking with the owner as he explained his company to me. Took the time to make me feel at ease since I have never contracted anyone to come to my home to clean before. They kept in contact with me up to the day they arrived. Let me know who was coming to my home and what time to expect them. Once they arrvied they started to work immediately. I was very pleased with how they treated everything in my home as if it was their own. You cannot go wrong bringing them into your home.

Dishes left unclean. Didn't bother moving the furniture to clean floor throughly and left the dirt dog and cat bowls that I had placed near the sink in my pantry dirty! Don't hire them! BTW, I called and reported this an hour ago to them and have not heard back since!

Hired a one time deep clean service for my wife for Mother's Day. That's Clean Maids was super easy to deal with and the team they sent out, Ms. Christian V, was very friendly and efficient. They arrived a little early which was great! Very polite and professional, they brought all their own cleaning supplies and did a wonderful job! My wife could not be more pleased, and for the first time in a long time we were able to enjoy our entire weekend without worrying about cleaning house! Of course now she wants to make this a recurring thing, haha!

They brought in the right number of people for the job and did quality work. I also like that I can schedule and pay online. I will continue to use this service for a long time.

We recently had a change in team and Luz, Jenis Allstars are just as punctual, professional and do a great job. Luz is easy to work with and so nice! I feel very happy recommending her and her team.
