Sylvan Learning of Coon Rapids

Sylvan has a great learning system for today's kids. They are using tablets and technology the right way, in my opinion. And they are good people.

My son really struggles with reading and we have tried every approach. Sylvan makes me son so excited to go and learn and he actually comes home and tells us what he learned. His education is so important and sylvan is helping our son get there thank you!

Sylvan is a great partnership for my child and his school work. My son Roman has not only learned so much, he has built his confidence when it comes to doing it. He loves going to Sylvan and earning his tokens. Would and will recommend Sylvan to any amd everyone.

My son began Sylvan over two weeks ago, going 3 times per week 2 hrs each session. He absolutely loves it and looks forward to going back each time. The staff has been so wonderful and accommodating to his needs and even after only a few short weeks, we have already seen improvements on his reading test scores at school. We are so happy that we made the decision to get him extra help at Sylvan Learning!

We went here to help my daughter get assistance with reading and writing. They were able to boost her up 2+ grade levels in less than a year. They have regular meeting that help us get an idea of where she's at and to voice any concerns we as parents have. My only issue was really the lack of visability to what exactly they do to help. I know it has something to do with ipads and guiding teaching. Sometimes it felt like you were dropping your kid off into a black box and they come out the other side reading better than they did. It would have been nice to get a bit more info to know if there was anything more we could do to help at home. But like I say she wasn't reading much before and and now seems to enjoy reading. So it works.
