Supercuts

Every time I go, it's the way I want it. It's clean, good vibe, not too busy and almost no waiting. My stylist is so consistent and for this I am very thankful. Moon is awesome with the skin fade! I look sharp as fresh recruit every time.

Went in for a root touch up and to get lighter blonde high lights. When I was done I had green hair. The manager took over and did her best to fix what she could but it’s still looks awful and I am very extremely unsatisfied and feel I should have this fix by another salon and the bill be covered! I loved my hair when I went in to get a simple root touch up and left with a head of a new color that I do not like!

I've had everyone here cut my hair. They all do a pretty good job. Try them out and figure out what's good. I used to cut my bangs short but they convinced me it looks better long and the sides grow out by the next time anyway. I was in need of a new place to get a haircut and now it's my spot.

:( I know I’m insane and want a weird haircut, I always have this problem with every barber I go to. I just don’t understand why it has to be a personal affront to every barber that I don’t want a shape up. I just want it all the same length, and I try to explain it very clearly (and politely) ahead of time: just don’t change or take off the guard- just leave the guard on, and cut my head and neck hairs with it- no clever stuff with combs, no slightly shorter on the sides, just cut every hair short, please. But they always find a reason why they have to take the guard off and just do a little this or that or whatever on my neck hair. Why can’t I just get the cut I want? I know you don’t like the way the hair looks natural on the back of my neck but that’s how I want it. Like usual, she said it was no problem and she’d do it, but when I pointed out that she took the guard off the clippers she decided I needed to be done right at that second. So here I am with the hair on my neck longer than the rest of it again. It’s always either still shaved, shaved in a place or two before I stop them, or they decide they need to leave the edges longer than the rest to show me the errors of my ways or something. On the plus side she was very friendly before I offended her with my unorthodox taste in hairdos, and even after, kind of. Very charming person and I’m sure she gives a wonderful haircut with more conventional customers. I’m not trying to get her in trouble I’m just frustrated that no one ever can just give me this haircut thoroughly and not get all weird about it. I know 1 star is an exaggeration but I’m accumulating irritation about this and am not willing to express my anger at working people in person but then feel unresolved about it after so instead of letting it fester I’m writing this. Please don’t fire her or write her up or anything this is more about me than her.

It was a pleasure having Moon trim my long hair. She made my dry, damaged ends look healthy and beautiful again. She is an excellent stylist with a lovely personality. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online for the next day.
