Tania and her crew are absolutely awesome! They clean super well, are very flexible with their time schedule, and are just wonderful people. We have been working with them for almost 10 years! We love coming back home to a clean house! Thank you, Tania and the entire team! 🌹

We hired Super Maids to clean our apartment for when we moved out. We scheduled our appointment a month in advance. The day came and they did not show up and did not tell us they were not going to make it. We called and they said they would be at our place first thing in the morning the next day. Next day comes around and when I came to the apartment at 2:00pm, they still had not cleaned. Once again, no phone call stating they would not make it. After trying to get ahold of them for hours (my property management was trying to get ahold of them as well) they finally answered stating they would talk to our property management to see how urgent we needed our apartment cleaned. When we asked for a discount, the lady on the phone said "I'm too busy to give discounts." They then sent a text saying they would be there soon. They eventually came and cleaned the apartment, but I took off work yesterday afternoon and today to make sure the apartment was cleaned. The process was too much of a hassle for four full time working women to try to get this finalized. I told our property management to not use them as a vendor in the future, and we will not recommend in the future as well.

We have used this service for over a year now and are very pleased with them. Always accommodating to meet our needs, reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job!

They charged me $350 For 4 people to come clean my house for 3 1/2 hours. That was reasonable if only they cleaned appropriately. Upon arriving home, my window in the bathroom was left open causing my heat to run for 2 days. They destroyed my new stove by putting a degreaser on the slate trim, Causing it to be stained. They threw papers in with my clean clothes basket. This house clean was very important to my family and she knew that. My 3 month daughter old was coming home from the hospital for the 1st time with complex heart defects. I am very disappointed with the level of service given by this company. I feel like she took full advantage of our family. Due to circumstances with us in the hospital 150 miles away, we were not able to see the finished job before paying. We took her word for it.
