Sun Dragon Yoga

Sun Dragon Yoga and all of their instructors have truly changed my life. I did NOT love yoga, and its actually because I never discovered "restorative yoga" totally a game changer. I learned how to get more in touch with my body and mind. The instructors, every single one including David the owner, are literally angels sent from above. I could not recommend this place more, it is worth every cent and I wish I wasn't moving away to attend the classes. They taught me so much. This is so much more than a yoga studio!

I stepped away from my practice for a few years but it was calling me back especially after my mom passed away on 2016. I remembered how much solace Yoga gave me and it was a factor in my emotional healing. Yoga can be done anywhere but there's no feeling than being a part of a smaller studio, someplace that feels like home. I started attending Yoga Express classes with David and really enjoyed them. I currently attend the Back and Hip opener classes on Mon & Wed at 7pm and to Kelly Primes Fantabulous class Tues at 6:30. Her classes are a source of healing and harnessing your individual positive energy through Yoga and Meditation. She is a bright light in my week and a reminder to let go of what no longer serves me. She doesn't know this, but taking her class has inspired me to enroll in school to become a certified Yoga teacher. So THANK you Kelly! David has a very calming, quiet spirit(but I'm sure there's a dragon within :)) and I really love his classes!!! I appreciate them both so much and highly recommend checking it out. One of the most affordable studios around too.

I’ve been taking virtual classes at Sun Dragon for the past few months and I absolutely love it. I never thought virtual yoga could be as engaging as it is to attend in person, but it is. Instructors David and Kelly Lynn are both encouraging and a breath of fresh air.

I attended my first yoga class with David this morning on PTC town green. What a wonderful start to a day! Loved how David explained all of the movements and it was very easy to follow along. Looking forward to next week!

I am thrilled that I have found Yoga North Atlanta! I have been taking yoga off and on for several years and discovered this gem of a studio in Duluth, GA about six months ago. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I believe I have learned more about myself and this practice as well as proper breathing and form since coming to Yoga North Atlanta than I've learned at any other time or place. Each instructor has his/her own unique personality and all of them are very knowledgeable about the practice and how to guide each student through the asanas in a safe manner. Everyone who practices at Yoga North Atlanta is very friendly, down to earth and welcoming. I have found my yoga home! I would recommend this studio to new and experienced students.
