If I could leave no stars I would! I’m very upset and will be filing a complaint with cooperate. My sandwich was completely wrong and on top of which the staff was extremely rude! I then called and voiced my concerns and the manager was extremely rude to me! I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t go get my own food so I had someone get it for me and this is how I was treated. When I say the staff was rude I mean they were rude to the person that came and picked up my food! Your manager needs to be fired. If you can’t manage a store with respect and can’t handle customers correctly then you don’t need to be in the restaurant business and most certainly not in management

Waited my turn in line for approx 10min. It was very busy. Then it’s my turn to order and they decide it’s time to fill an online order of 6 sandwiches and tell me I have to wait…. I did wait an additional 5 minutes and walked out. We come there for quick service. We are all mostly on lunch breaks. Wait on the customers in front of you instead of the one’s who are on their way.

Always welcoming you when u come in. Very friendly people. Always caring a conversation with you very clean place to sit n eat at. Linda n Heather n Brittany always welcomes you. Very sweet and people

Amazing customer service from the moment I stepped into the door. The service provided exceeds what you should expect from any restaurant/fast food chain.

Can't ever get an order right. Always arguing and having to let them know what comes on the sandwiches like "I" work there. You can literally ask for a sandwich and request what comes on the sandwich of how it's advertised and they wouldn't know. Poor staff and training. I have to look things up to let them know how to make a sandwich that's on their menu.
