Verve Studio Pilates is a body game changer! I’m very active and love to exercise, yet the transformation of my body over 2 1/2 years has been amazing since I’ve joined. Absolutely love the results and even better the team that guides you through the practice. They are actively engaged, encouraging, and fun. Highly recommended!

I have been with Studio Verve for 18+ months and love the welcoming atmosphere and small class sizes! The instructors are very passionate about offering personalized attention to suit individual needs and growth and I look forward to every session!

I just had the coolest workout! I loved Melissas attention to detail and how she flows from one excercise to the next. She strategizes all that out for you. Combining strengthening with stretching and always reminding you of when and how to breath. Also her music selection was awesome. Highly recommend Studio Verve!

What Leslie said is really upsetting! Why would this studio share our information? I don't know how to navigate to this in the Mind Body app, but I am glad the other reviewer said something! Also, I don't like the lack of equipment at this place. They only have reformers. There is a chair or two but we never use them. Also, there aren't many class offerings available like other studios.
