Studio One Rehoboth

I have lived in Rehoboth my whole life and have been practicing yoga for about 12 years. Studio One is by far my favorite studio in the area! Jill’s hands on assistance will make you believe in the power of Reiki and the classes will leave you feeling sweaty, but energized for the day ahead. The yin classes are truly life changing and foster both spiritual growth and also deep emotional healing. Could not recommend it more. Thank you Studio One!

Absolutely top notch studio and classes! I love the welcoming atmosphere and variety of classes, and modifications are offered to make yoga accessible for everyone. The workshops and special events (sound healing, beach yoga, boat yoga, etc) are super fun and relaxing too. If I could give a million stars I would! Check out a single class and you’ll want to sign up for a membership - it’s definitely worth it!

The beauty and surroundings of being on a boat and Jill’s way of taking your stress away made this one the most memorable classes I have ever taken . If you enjoy yoga and being in the water try this class you will not be disappointed and will want to go back for more !-

You should absolutely find your way to the “Lost Mile” for this gem of a place. Studio One is a welcoming yoga studio that will nurture and expand your yoga practice. When I first found Studio One, I had been out of practice for years. Jill and her awesome instructors helped me ease my way back in by creating an atmosphere that is both calm and inviting. I find myself wanting to start my day here every day possible. If you are just starting your yoga journey or are well on your way, I would highly recommend Studio One. My mind, body and soul are thanking me everyday for finding this beautiful, inspirational space.

Jill is outstanding in every way. Her positive energy is uplifting and soulful. Studio 1 yoga is a great place for both stretching and also strength. I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken.
