Studio 7 Pilates

The best workout I've had in ages! Amy is an amazing teacher, cheerleader, and friend. Take her classes if you crave stability and strength. Over the course of taking Amy's classes I have noticed a significant change in my flexibility, movement, and physical well-being. Amy is such a terrific coach. She is hands on, kind, and will make the most grueling core work out of your life feel like a hang out with a good friend. I strongly recommend Studio 7 Pilates!

I met Amy and started attending private sessions twice weekly starting in July. I am seeing improvement in strength and muscle tone. She is dependable, professional, flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable and completely engaged during our sessions. I recommend Studio 7 Pilates and Amy regardless of your fitness level. She is able to create sessions that meet your current fitness situation but will also help to advance and take you to a more advanced level.

I always felt a little intimidated by Pilates, but a friend convinced me to try class with Amy and my back and core could not be happier! Studio 7 is a welcoming, charming space and the reformer classes are much more accessible than I ever imagined.

Great studio for developing strong fundamentals of the classic pilates routines. Amy has a great understanding of physiology and developing specialized exercise routines to address individual limitations.

Amy is great. She is always aware of body issues and helps with modifications. Very knowledgeable. Plus it is just a lot of fun!!
