StretchMed - Winchester

Took advantage of a free stretch and felt great afterwards that I purchased a membership! I'm a very active individual who decided that I needed to take care of the muscles and joints that allow me to have an active lifestyle. The staff is VERY well educated, courteous, and trained! The place is impeccably clean and I feel very safe with their protocols. I look forward to my weekly stretch!

Highly recommended if you have aches and pains! I have been going here for help with plantar fasciitis, and I have seen real progress and less foot pain. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun.

We have loved our experience with everyone at STRETCHMED! I run frequently and am always sore and tight....admittedly I do not stretch. This has helped my joints and muscles loosen! In addition my two young daughters are both very active and have benefited as well!
