Ethan did an excellent job walking and talking me through the different phases/stages of stretching each body part. I think this has been the missing link in my ability to recover better and faster after my workouts. Thanks Ethan!

I am loving this experience. I treated myself while I am in chemo and will continue to have a rocking golf game in the spring. Great to work with and they are “flexible” !! Pun intended. Ha! Give it a try all you have to lose are stiff muscles. Ps Danielle is small but MIGHTY. Strong working with my oak tree stiff self. Her goal is to help me bend with the wind and never break!

All the staff are great, super friendly! CJ, Josh, and Saul are so far the ones that I have worked with the most for my stretch appointments. They tackle all my issues and offer additional advice to assist me depending on if I am at home, work or exercising.

Stretch Lab has been such a great addition to my health care regime! I’ve had positive experiences with several flexologists but Paul is exceptional! He takes the time to educate me on muscles I never knew existed and really tries to figure out the source of a problem. Challenges me to go further in my stretches without being pushy. Amazing!
