Stretch Lab! Y’all, have you heard of it? I have been in physical therapy, chiropractics, you name it, but making little to no progress and determined not to do injections or surgery. However, I’m completely over not being able to do what I want with these old muscles and bones! That said, my dear friend, Susan Maloney, owns and runs the Stretch Lab Carmel and Fishers locations and has insisted I give their studio a shot. I’ve been going for a month and I feel like I’m finally seeing some shifts and necessary changes. I’m not settling. That’s been my anthem with all things, but especially in 2023! I’ve traded in all the other therapies and medications for this one, and I hope to encourage someone else who may be thinking they have to resign to sore or aching parts. We were created for better!

This has been my favorite self care routine. My shoulders and Back both have felt so much better since attending once a week. All the stretchologists are amazing and friendly.

Best decision I've made for myself . I feel better everytime I leave my stretch and definitely notice when I miss a week . It has helped me with my sleep and Ive also noticed a difference in my overall immunity and wellness since Ive started StretchLab.

Matt and Jerome are awesome, thorough and attentive. My posture and range of motion has improved tremendously since starting here. I feel better overall now, and especially great after each appointment. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to improve their health and ability to move / reduce pain and tension throughout their entire body.

Jackie and her excellent customer service skills and Hollynn and her wonderful skills for the sessions made me decide to become a member! Life looks brighter all the sudden…
