Do NOT sleep on Stretch Lab! For active and non active people…stretching is a necessary good (not evil) but many of us need a little extra help. Go here! It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth every penny to feel blood circulating back into your muscles. For us desk working, gym loving, over active non-stretchers, you can’t pay enough for the relief of getting your body back to mobile and loosened up. Go! Now!

My issue is with the OWNER and the shady business practices. The Stretch Lab is not cheap by any means. If there is a 30 day notice cancellation policy then that needs to be clearly stated and a COPY of the contract needs to be either emailed or printed and handed to the customer at the time of the agreement. I came in person to the studio on Tuesday of this week to cancel my membership. I cancelled directly with the owner, he never mentioned that I would be charged again after I cancelled. Today when I called him to let him know that I was charged, he was very condescending and unprofessional.

I've never felt so good! It's like yoga and the gym had a baby and that had a baby with pt (physical therapy). I didn't even know I wasn't stretching the muscles I needed to be, just to do use them to be doing the normal things I do!

Has been a great help recovering some lost mobility! And the trainers are awesome.

Mia is the best flexologist I have ever worked with! Fixing all kinds of things from lower back pain to shoulder mobility! I highly recommend this place!!!
