Great 1 on 1 stretch therapy, finished up my first session and feel like a million bucks. Better than massage, IMHO. Will be back. Brenda did an excellent job working on all the stiff muscles.

Love this place — everyone is so nice and professional. Pam at the front desk is super helpful. And my flexologist, Julia, is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend!

Everyone is always so upbeat and healthy. I see Julia, who is fantastic! She listens to me about my physical issues and works around them, if needed or works with me to assist healing.

After a few visits, I really feel less tightness all over but really in my back and hips. I have seen a few flexologists here, and all have been good, however Tim is the one I schedule the most. He really works on my problem areas, and will make adjustments to your stretch as needed. Great place and worth the money
