Great place, with fantastic staff. I have been working with Colby for the last few months. I was like a rock and could not move when I started, but now I am getting a good range of motion and can move without being in pain. Totally recommend.

Unfortunately, I love Micah who was my flexologist, she was great. However, I'm giving a bad review due to how my cancellation request was handled by Haley. I paid for my 3 months per the contract and put my account on freeze while out of town. I emailed a cancellation request due to moving out of state and was told I would only be charged the $15 hold fee. After calling again to confirm, I get told I will have to pay the full $276 for sessions that I can't use due to being out of state. I informed the manager, Haley, and was told I could give my sessions "as a gift to a friend". I felt she did not try to help at all and tried to squeeze another month out of me even though I was told signing up it would be 3 month contract and then you can cancel as you please.

I absolutely loved my experience at stretch lab in Farmington! The costumer service was amazing, from the lady at the front desk to the flexologist working on me! I also loved the over all vibe of the place. Absolutely 10/10!
