This was my first visit with Stretch Lab in John’s Creek. Barak was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to working with him again. Everyone there was very nice. I highly recommend.

Well, I can now add another entry to my list: "Boy Was I Wrong!"
When ads started popping up for 'Stretch Clinics' I thought...what? It this for real? After much doubt, and prodding from a friend to 'stretch everyday', I signed up for a session.
Reem walked me through the process and was a delight. Mandy was my Flexologist and she was amazing as well.
I am probably in the best shape of my life, since college, but I knew increased flexibility would make things even better. I cannot express how much difference that one session made.
I will definitely be back!

I booked an introductory appointment with this location and was not able to make it. I am a nurse with a private duty home care agency that takes care of seniors with dementia and sometimes, situations occur that preclude me from being able to keep my own personal self care appointments. I literally just received a call from Rhema (?) asking me if I wanted to rebook. I told them I would love to. At that moment, they told me that I would have to pay double since I missed the first appointment. I explained what happened and instead of trying to understand or work something out, I was told to have a good afternoon, so sorry. Bad business. Will not be patronizing them or any other franchise under this name. When companies have rules where the customer never has a say or the company lacks empathy, not interested. They just lost a customer and it appears they don’t care.
