I absolutely love the stretch lab. I was extremely skeptic when I was invited to go the first time, but I am seeing the results with not only my flexibility but muscle recovery. The staff is amazing and caring. Don’t forget to do compression therapy while you’re there!
Stretchlab is a great addition to the fitness offerings in Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch area. Stretching is so important to maximize your fitness results. I have had the pleasure of working with Rissa and Isaac over the last three months as my flexologists and it has helped me so much. They are both very attentive to your areas of concern and customize your session to anything they discover while stretching you. After every session they also provide stretches and exercises for you to do at home to continue to improve your mobility and strengthen your muscles.
The facilities are clean and have every accessory needed. The front desk is also incredibly helpful. Aubrey (who is now a flexologist!) and Megan have both helped me schedule and reschedule my appointments when I was having issues in the app.
I've been coming here for a couple months and I go into Stretch Lab having pain in my neck and back and leave feeling rejuvenated, and restored, light as a feather.!! Puts a smile on my face and pep in my step. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The leg compression is the icing on the cake.

StretchLab has helped me so much with tight muscles, back and leg pain. I never even thought of having an actual flexologist professionally stretch my muscles, but it’s fantastic. So much better than what I could do on my own. The professional stretching has helped my ailments more than the deep tissue massage I was getting weekly. Amazing. I joined the new FR location immediately upon hearing they were opening. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very clean and set up nicely. They have several package/membership options to choose from, and will help you find exactly what works for you.
As a research/clinical psychologist and college president, I am often relegated to sitting at a desk all day/week. For years I struggled with moderate back pain, knee pain, and occassional neck pain. My posture, walking, and other areas were greatly impacted by these challenges. I have also served as a dean of chiropractic medicine school and a wellness and health institution. These are wonderful alternatives to traditional medicine. However, I had never tried "assisted stretching." Nonetheless, after 1-25 minute stretch experience at the Foothill Ranch Stretch-Lab, I had immediate results. I found myself walking with better posture, climbing stairs without using the rails, and sleeping better. I tried a couple more sessions, with additional improvements, before joining officially. My sleep is better, my digestion feels better, my back pain, knee pain, and neck issues have almost completely resolved. This strech experience has been one of the greatest investments in my health. Further, my tennis game (I play doubles once a week) is also better (more flexibility). Overall, I feel so much better, and look forward to continuing my health journey with these folks, and this process. Every single Foothill Ranch Stretch-Lab helper is amazing, the staff is also amazing. They are funny, caring, patient, and extremely helpful. Additionally, I thought that scheduling might be complicated, difficult or cumbersome. Not so at all. Super duper easy, with very accomodating staff. If you have any issues with your flexibility, pain, or soreness in your muscles, I implore you to seek out this process, and do so at the Foothill Ranch location.
