Loved my experience at the StretchLab!!! I'm a big fan of Yoga and Massage and this is definitely a nice addition to my ongoing struggle to stay limber enough to surf!!! Highly recommend this place great vibe as well :)

I usually get massages, but with the lack of mobility in my shoulders and upper right arm, I felt stretching may be better, and it was. Did the 50 minute stretch with Dylan S. and it felt amazing. He did a great job explaining things to me, the MAPS assessment thing was very informative and confirmed what I already knew. Dylan gave me some stretches to do while I sit at my desk and working and I actually did a 3 month membership so that Dylan can truly stretch me over time to have more mobility. Recommend everyone at least do this once. Great stretching. Ask for Dylan D.

I’m so very happy I found this place! It’s made a huge difference in my day to day physical health. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I have been having bad flare ups since getting the vaccine. I walked in with a painful flare up and Matthew was so very gentle and knew exactly what to do for me with stretching. I walked out in zero pain and my flare up was gone. I highly recommend this place and this type of service. It has been life changing for me. Matthew has been the best one to stretch me so far.

As an ex athlete, my body is as jacked up as jacked gets. Owen did an amazing job helping me de knot myself. It’s a great way to supplement workout program. It’s not a replacement to a Chiro, or PT. It’s a valid inclusion. Thanks Owen.
