Love this place! Cat has been working with my daughter for a few months now and her splits have improved tremendously. If you want to improve your flexibility I definitely recommend working with Cat.

I have been attending this location for over a year and have experienced a reduction in back and overall muscular pain. Shout out to Erin who brings the session to a whole new level with her expertise in training and attention to areas in need of strengthening and stretching. I highly recommend this studio and Erin.

I have been working with Julia for several months and I have tremendously increased my flexibility. It has reduced my soreness after running and playing tennis. She is very knowledgeable and great at her job. I highly recommend StretchLab to all my friends.

This was my first time at a Stretch Lab. Jay Jones was my stretch technician. He was very good at listening to my needs, and very knowledgeable on the body, the stretches and explained why certain body types might need more focus in certain areas. After a session with Jay, I feel like a million bucks. I will definitely be returning to Stretch Lab and requesting Jay!

I only recently began working with Kiko. He does an amazing job and has a calming presence that put me right at ease from my first appointment. I feel great after a session and find Stretch Lab a great value for the money spent. Happy to have discovered this place!
