What a great experience! Jesse explained everything right from the beginning and all the way through. Always checking to see how I was feeling. Would highly recommend. Today I woke up and felt alive after a good nights sleep, which I hadn’t had in quite awhile.

I honestly believe the stretching sessions I had before my recent total knee replacement is what helped my recovery go so well! Just had my first session with Sally at 4 months post surgery. Ive been reluctant since the knee is still tight and hurting. She listened to my concerns about strengthening the leg the surgery was on, then was gentle and asked for constant feedback to be certain we weren't pushing things too far. My next visit with Sally was scheduled before I left!

Felt great after my very first visit! Feels good to be moving about more gingerly and without fear of pain. Sally is wonderful, focusing on my specific needs, explaining and teaching me as we go along. She is making my life better! Ditto for Amanda! Thank you both!!

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. I finally decided to look them up and try it when my shoulder started hurting all the time. It was great and I’m sorry I didn’t start there sooner!! I also worked with Sally. She was great.
