The concept of assisted stretching is becoming increasingly popular it’s such an under utilized health benefit, in my opinion it’s right up there with treating yourself to a well needed massage, so I’ve rewarded myself with being stretched once a week I Love being stretched out by Taylor😍 she’s the best!!!! She really knows exactly what she’s doing Ive had some mobility issues for years and with her background in PT she handles my body with the proper care, sternly but at the same time gently, to be clear the stretch is based on your individual comfort level and Ive noticed my body steadily improving…… Kudos Taylor💝 If you’re wondering what is this stretch stuff all about? I highly recommend booking an intro stretch at StretchLab Arcadia the manager Jay will take care of you, and the complete staff it’s a vibe, they’re all on point!!!

Taylor is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend you check out StretchLab. I don’t stretch enough on my own and needed to get loose before a big bike race. Started seeing her a few week before and immediately could tell the difference.

Jessie is amazing!! After an injury I hurt everywhere. Was able to schedule a 50 minute session. He knows what to do and I left feeling like q new person! Feel blessed to have him.

I’ll loving this place and these people! Taylor is an awesome flexologist! She seriously gets the angle on the muscles that are hard to target and does a fantastic job of mediating the stretch to make the most of it without hurting me.

Always pleased to come back to SL Arcadia, aid's convenient location and great staff overall. Darien was FANTASTIC, I was already feeling better before the session ended. And, I'm book to come back with him soon again! Gracias, Joen
