It was amazing. It's the next day and I still feel the effects. Kyrsten was gentle yet effective. She explained everything. I appreciate she heard me and focused on the areas of greatest need. Do yourself a favor. You don't regret it.

I have been going to Stretch lab for about 6 months now and have to say I am hooked. Nick is amazing. My pain in my legs and back has decreased significantly. I feel so much better week after week.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I wandered in with terrible back pain and had a few sessions with Nick. He was extremely helpful, gentle but effective, and really focused on my personal goals. Bonus, very cute shop dog named Leia! Loved my experience at the stretch lab!
