Today, Linda went above and beyond to get the Little soreness out of my shoulder area that I really bothersome to me. I walked out of there feeling like 1 million bucks. I highly recommend her if you go there. I have been going to StretchLab now for a few months, my flexibility has increased. My Golf game has improved, and my overall well-being is great..

I’ve had a great experience at StretchLab. Investing time in flexibility is important at any age but even more so as we get older. Dillon does a great job encouraging me to improve in a positive and professional manner. He adapts the exercises as needed to my physical limitations while still targeting the appropriate muscles.

Courtney does such amazing work. She is extremely knowledgeable and I always walk away feeling better than I did when I arrived. I have been working with her for two months and have been seeing positive results each time I go in. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to be stretched out.

I have some damage to my ulnar nerve and minimal feeling in parts of my hand. Daniel did a little bit of reflex testing which was really cool. I haven't had an assisted stretch in awhile and my body could definitely tell! I feel great after my stretch today.

Linda was amazing. This is my second time coming to the StretchLab. Both times have been incredible. Linda shared a ton of knowledge with me and also gave me tips on staying limber and flexible in between sessions. Thank you again Linda!!
