Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good routine. I prefer more floor exercises and a fairly private space so I didn’t like the layout as much. They have tabletops and an open floor.

I have been going to Stretch Lab for the past year. The experience has been amazing. The increased flexibility and ease in joint pain is incredible. Today, I stretched with Brennan. I feel so relaxed. Try it! You won’t regret it!

First time visit to stretch Lab, and I’m so glad I booked with Reagan! I can say it’s the best hour I’ve spent all week. Left feeling more relaxed, and freedom of movement was improved dramatically. Especially appreciated the way she explained each stretch, and the muscle group(s) she would be stretching, in plain English. She made the experience very comfortable and rewarding. The introductory full body stretch was great. It was great to loosen up plus have some areas of tightness highlighted of which I was not aware. A good mind-body session as well because it includes deep breathing guidance with the stretches. A stretch session could easily replace a massage when I’m feeling very tight or tense.
