StretchLab

This was my very first time at StretchLab but certainly won’t be my last. Everyone was very welcoming, and my flexologist Beverly was great. She explained every stretch to me and was super patient and kind. Looking forward to my next session!

After getting helped by Colton, I will be going to him for every single appointment. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, I really appreciate that he listens to what is going on and works accordingly to help you focus on whatever you need. I've been having some pretty major discomfort in my legs and shoulders and his help followed up with exercises and recommendations that he has shown me are really making a difference. I'm also really grateful to Sherri who is so kind, helpful and caring on the front desk.

Enjoy my stretch at Stretch Labs - Heights. Diego has been great at helping me with stretching to improve my running recovery. The other staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Diego did an amazing job. I was stiff and sore throughout my mid to upper back and my shoulders. Diego’s knowledge and expertise of the body’s movements, left me loose and pain free after the stretch. I highly recommend Diego.

I did an intro stretch today and it was a totally great experience. Cassy was so friendly and welcoming. Colton explained all of the stretches and how I should be feeling and why we were doing them. It’s really awesome to have someone stretch you, it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend StretchLab!
