Joining the Stretch Lab in Spartanburg is the very best thing I could have done for myself. I’ve been a member since they opened. Making sure I maintain a good quality of life, both mentally and physically is paramount for me as I age. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The studio is beautiful, clean and well maintained. They take cleanliness very seriously. What I particularly like is they tailor your stretch to what you want and need.

I was very skeptical when I first went for a stretching..... I am no longer in doubt! Being in my late 50's some morning take longer to get loosened and able to move with ease, since going to the Stretch Lab mornings are much better! Amber is fantastic as are all the staff!! Big recommendation for all ages!!

I absolutely loved my time at Stretch Lab yesterday! Ashley did an amazing job with explaining what she was doing when she worked on me! She was kind, professional and meticulous with what she did! I am so grateful and cant wait to go back!

Recommendation? Yes! My NEW LOVE LIFE 💕🥰🤩. I feel like I’ve been reset from my pelvic to my neck. Yes lawd. My new date spot.💯🙌🏾. I got muscles stretched that I didn’t know was there. A lot of tension is gone. Body feels lighter and more flexible. Neck popped and shoulders stretched and are now more relaxed. I had a lot of popping and rocking going on. It was much needed. I recommend this to pregnant women too. I recommend to anyone. I’m serious. This is AMAZING.

Stephanie, the owner is so nice and helpful. She scheduled me with Matessa for my first visit. I loved it! Matessa is very knowledgeable and nice. With a background in physical therapy she is an asset to StretchLab. I think this is exactly what I've been looking for to help alleviate sciatica and other pain from everyday hardwork, athletics and living. I recommend you give it a try, it's worth the money! Hopefully one day insurance will pay as with Physical Therapy.
