StretchLab

I was initially impressed with StretchLab's excellent stretching sessions, but their membership program is seriously flawed. The limited appointment availability means it's hard to use your credits, which often expire with minimal rollover. This issue worsens during holidays, especially if you're out of town. Pausing your membership isn't helpful either, as you can't use existing credits or book new sessions. A simpler, more effective model would be to just let members use their credits without the rigid subscription constraints. It seems the business is more focused on maintaining subscriptions than meeting customer needs.

Stretch lab is amazing. As someone who used to be a personal trainer and spent a lot of time in the gym, knowing how to do it right, I still managed to mess this part of my body health up. Stretching on your own can’t compare to assisted stretching. This StretchLab has a great team (they call them flexoligists I believe) that are very well trained with many of them having other physical fitness and sports experience. And the management / ownership of this location is top notch. I highly recommend assisted stretching and with the Del Mar StretchLab in the Highlands specifically. Your body will feel great, and so will you.

I visited Stretchlab once a week for the last 6 months and the results are amazing. As an active guy I never really made time to stretch while running and lifting weights 7 days a week which caused me to experience hip and lower back tightness to the point I could barely walk without being in pain. I chose Angela as my flexologist and she was incredible! I am incredibly thankful for her help and expertise to get me right and put an end to my muscle tightness. I highly recommend stretchlab Del Mar!!

StretchLab Del Mar truly has the best Flexologists! I personally have scoliosis and for someone who is in pain everyday, one on one assisted stretching has been extremely beneficial for me and my mobility journey!

I was so excited to go here to help get stretched for my upcoming delivery of my baby. I signed my husband and I up for the 8x50 membership for a commitment of 3 months explaining the desire to stretch out my last 3rd month because babies come when they want. I was told by the owners that they would be more than happy to accommodate that for me prior to the delivery. I had to FIGHT for 6 out of the 8 sessions I purchased and I was only awarded 5 and told I had to pay for an additional month due to a need for a 30 day notice to cancel. So be it, I will have 13 more stretches between my husband and I. But I had to fight them every week for the the last three weeks just to get even the last 8 appointments for my husband and I still didn’t even get all of the 5 appointments they claimed they would “gift” me. This is the very reason massage envy was sued for, because it’s deemed illegal and unlawful business practice . Anyone else ready to start a class action lawsuit with me?!? As a new mother I’m not exactly in the position to just give someone my money for no reason, why on earth would I ever want to come back?!?
