StretchLab

So far I’ve had stretches with Brooke, Aria, and Evan. I am physically active and do a lot of lifting in the gym with the combination of sitting at a desk all day gives me a lot of low back shoulder pain and hip pain. Overall they have been great in getting my tension relieved. Every time I come in I feel so so so much better. Especially today I was having stubborn left hip pain, low back pain and just shoulder pain from lifting heavier in the gym to try to build muscle. Evan came in and just folded me in half and did all these great stretches and I feel like brand new again. Dealing with that annoying tension pain in my left hip was a killer. To have it feel better after 25 min stretch was a feeling of relief. I had tried everything to stretch these areas and I could not get it to stop hurting. But after that appointment I felt amazing. 10/10 recommend coming here. I am not sure what I waited so long to start this. It’s great for people who deal with a lot of tension in their body!

If you're curious about attending this place here's the scoop:: 2 50min. sessions a week is $500/month. 1 50min. session a week is half the price. They offer 30min. sessions as well, prices scaling down, but then tell you that the duration and frequency of those sessions aren't effective enough (which is true) and then try to up-sell you... And then lock you in for 2 months. So is it worth it? Probably not. Lots of empty tables. Employees chilling in the back room shooting the breeze. I called 3 times before the phone was answered to reschedule appointments. I get texts about rescheduling appointments, and then don't receive any replies, forcing me to either walk-in or call. . so . . don't text me then, just call me?? I'll be discontinuing my treatment. I wish I had more positive things to say, but there's nothing more to add.

The staff and therapists are very friendly. I have enjoyed the service and guidance through my visits. I highly recommend if you are needing some relief for muscle tightness that you just can't get stretched correctly and effectively on your own. Thanks so much!!! Especially to Hector.

After working as a dentist for over four decades, I have my share of aches and pains. My time with Evan is the best part of the week. I appreciate how much better I feel at the end of an hour but I m most excited about the long term improvements. Thank you, Evan!

Aria was great. Really intuitive about areas where I need more flexibility. She is passionate about people feeling better and getting back to an active life!
