I had my first 25-minute session with Alice today. She took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. She was able to assess my needs quickly and easily personalize my session. She even offered some tips on things I can do at home to help combat my plantar fasciitis pain and tennis elbow! Before I signed up for a session I was a little skeptical, but now that I’ve tried it, I am very happy I discovered StretchLab and will definitely be back!

Evan H is a great flexologist. He does a really great job communicating with me on my level of comfort to make sure I’m getting the most out of my stretches. I’ve been seeing him for a couple of months and would highly recommend him for somebody new to assisted stretching!

My instructor was very knowledgeable, he listened to me, and was very understanding of my communication and needs with my body. I had a great time, I felt relaxed, and I felt like I was able to give my Body back some of the time that is taken From work! I will definitely be back!!

Danielle is the best. Highly recommend for a therapeutic, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Very dedicated to helping problem solve and improve your flexibility. I stay active with sports and a demanding job in healthcare and look forward to a healthy physical reset at StretchLab with Danielle.

I’ve been working with Robin for a few weeks and she is wonderful. I am already much more flexible and posture is greatly improved. Update. After 2 months I can really feel a difference. Robin is great!
